My name is Cindy Leishman and I own and run Advanced Therapeutics Remedial Massage established 2010. Remedial Massage is an umbrella term for a range of massage techniques that relieve pain and reduce knots, tension and headaches. I use these techniques to remedy problem areas you may have and relax the body and mind.
Our therapist is qualified and experienced in pregnancy massage, both remedial & relaxation. A massage will only effect your pregnancy as much as a walk or hot shower would, but will have huge benefits. Massage is safe all the way up to the day you're due. There are many benefits to pregnancy massage.
