Quite saddened by my most recent interaction with automotive finance. I was logging a complaint because they had lost my payment of over $1000+, then fast forward through two weeks later, the money finally returned to my account. During the span of 3 weeks I called six times trying to find out information, I also found out that I had been involved with a privacy breach with someone else's privacy information being leaked to me. 1 stars is generous, poor customer service and they never listen to my contact requests, I am blatantly being called and emailed at work when I specifically advised this is not okay and is getting me in trouble at work. No matter how many times I ask that they just email me as first point of contact yet I never get emails and if I do they are requesting a phone call by 5pm - I would, but I work till 5:30pm and am not allowed to make any personal calls ect.
I had to email through 4 times just to get a statement, they ignore all communication whenever they want but when they wish to speak to you

Poor customer service from AFS finance. Paid out my car loan and all. They still direct debited money out of my account so I called and they said we do refunds once a month on the end of the second week of the month. Very inconvenient but i said ok its only a week and a bit away. Then after that i called and they say oh no you have to wait a month. Not to mention how rude the guy on the phone was. I wouldn't recommend.

AFS / Brisbane Dealer Auctions are just terrible to deal with. The kicker being finding out the warranty we were promised was invalid because it only covers cars under 160 000km, ours being just over. Of course we'd paid for the car and had it transported here before they showed us that paperwork. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Charge fees on top of fees. My loan which should be $$$$ sky rocketed to $$$$$ because they decided I should be charge and handicapped for wanting to pay them their money back early.....On top of that they have the worst customer service and are difficult to deal with. Would not recommend. If 0 stars was an option I'd choose it.
