Abosultely terrible customer service. We purchased a car unknowingly there was finance from a previous owner, waiting 2 days for a response to whether or not there was infact any owing from the previous ownere so we could confidently sell the vehicle. Was told I have to keep calling back to find out if there has been any developments. As a member of the public who has nothing to do with the finance nor the previous owner who did, to be treated like this is beyond a joke.

The right hand does not have any idea what the left is doing. They make mistakes with their customers personal details sending confidential documents to wrong customers and all over the country (cut and paste habits). They are arrogant and disrespectful. Try to call them as an egsisting customer - you will spend hours waiting for your call to be connected and dropped off anyway.
They are only "nice" to the new Customer before they sign their devil contract.

Online they are open, rang at 5pm went through the bs of getting through to the right department. Voice message says our office hours are 8.30am to 6pm please ring during these hours then hangs up. Excuse me %#$@ it's only 5pm, you have 1hr to go. HOW RUDE, you really get minus 5 stars 😡

The WORST company ever. My company has a direct debit account in place and for some reasons the direct debit was switched off from their end. Debt collector called my director on behalf of capital finance to ask for repayment. This is freaking ridiculous. Worst company I have ever seen. Extremely disorganised, totally in a mess. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Capital finance customer service is an absolute joke. Took two payments out of my account instead of one, spent over 2 hours on phone calls, transferred me, kept me on hold. I sent proof of the double dip, still a brick wall. Finally a promise to pay me back, still waiting one week later. Staff are rude and very un-helpful. Would not recommend these clowns to anyone.
