Kerry is a driven, passionate and diverse photographer based in Cairns, Far North Queensland. Not limited to one area of photography, Kerry specializes in Kindergarten/ Daycare school photos, portraits, formals, wedding and commercial photography. You name it, she shoots it. Her love of photography came in high school.
The photo day experience was very relaxed and stress free for staff, children and parents with minimal disruptions to the daily routine. The resulting individual photographs captured each child in a natural way as they played. Kerry's professional photography enabled us to capture the atmosphere and tone of our annual conference.
You will need your Portrait Sample Card with your childs 4 proofs to complete your order online. You can collect this from your kindergarten centre after the photo day. All selected portraits will be edited (colour correction, lighting, contrast) & cropped according to the print size required for each package.
Time spend on location$275 - for the first hour$125 - per/hour there afterA minimum of 1 hour charge per job. Discounted daily rates available. All images will be high resolution and will have a basic edit (colour correcting and cropping where necessary). These images are supplied through a link as a private download.
Session is for 1 hour at one location between Gordonvale and Palm Cove. We will discuss what sort of setting you would like for your session; Beachy, Forest/greenery, Rustic. Outdoor portrait sessions are best done late in the afternoon just before sunset as that is when the lighting is nice.
Generally it is best to schedule your maternity shoot between 32 and 36 weeks for your comfort & mobility, and of course due to the unpredictable nature of when your baby will choose to arrive.This precious newborn phase passes so quickly it can become a foggy memory all too soon.
