Services
Each of our therapists has their own specialties and unique ways of treating. We encourage you to try treatments with multiple therapists so you can find which fit best for your individual needs. Are you a qualified remedial massage therapist or myotherapist looking for a clinic space to offer more treatment hours?
Your therapist will assess your treatment needs via verbal input and physical assessment (including orthopedic and range of motion tests) and formulate a treatment plan with you. Reassessment at the end of treatment may be incorporated to assess treatment effects. Flowing light to medium pressure techniques designed to trigger the parasympathetic "rest and digest" response.
Massage makes the perfect gift - its healthy, its luxurious, and you can never have too much of it. So luckily, we offer gift vouchers so you can give your loved one the perfect gift too! When you first book in at Niggles & Knots, you will receive an email confirming your appointment date and time. The day before, you'll recieve a reminder SMS and email. All of these will contain a link to our intake form. Please complete this before arriving at clinic. Please plan to arrive at clinic a few minutes early, especially if this is your first appointment.
We take our responsibility to ensure our clinic is a safe space for therapists and clients, so in addition to our usual stringent hygiene standards (see below for details), we ask that any clients who are feeling "under the weather" or have any symptoms contact us as soon as possible to reschedule their appointment.

Absolute waste of time and money.
I will NOT be attending this practice again or recommending to anyone I know.
I've received more relief from one of those dodgy message places in shopping centres.
I shouldn't have to walk out of a two hour massage and still feel the need to take painkillers as my calves weren't even touched when I had asked for them to be worked on.
I also requested dry needling, one of the main reasons why I picked this practice but the therapist decided she didn't want to provide that service as she felt her fingers could do the job better.

Had a massage earlier this year, the therapist was relatively new and when I went to pay I was told that she didn't have her number or whatever and I was at the time unable to get a rebate from my healthcare. I was told that they would call me once they got it and I could claim later. Never received and updated invoice so I was never able to claim a rebate. Been so long now I forgot about it, I was cleaning out my emails and I still have the invoices which is what reminded me to leave a review.

High quality treatments from very capable therapists - location is good, rooms are well appointed and always tidy and clean. Online booking system works very well and they offer a range of different treatment types to suit a variety of health concerns. Absolutely wonderful clinic. I travel across Brisbane to go here knowing I will get the treatment I need. I have been treated by most masseuse at the clinic now including Celia, Anne, Kylie and Jess all who I highly recommend. I feel safe, respected and they all focus on the areas I ask them to and make appropriate suggestions of further remedying whatever stiffness I have at the time. In all aspects a very professional, relaxing and lovely clinic to receive treatments at.

I had an amazing massage from my therapist, Ann. She gave one of the best shoulder and neck massage ever. The place is relaxing. You walked into a front porch with welcoming chairs. Then you walked through to another door where the reception is. The ambience is soothing and calm. It was a wonderful time out for me.

Definitely the best massage in Brisbane. I have followed the therapists all over Brisbane because I have come to expect the highest level of quality and know that they deliver. I used to suffer from a lot of lower back pain and Niggles and Knots not only eliminated the pain immediately but also gave me advice about correct posture and exercises to practice as a long term focus. I would happily recommend their expertise to anyone.
