Do you suffer from headaches, back and neck pain, discomfort after exercising or sitting for too long? Our chiropractic services can help remedy pain and muscle soreness. Massage therapy treats muscles, tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues to relieve pain, prevent dysfunction, increase physical function and promote wellness.
The goal of Chiropractic treatment is to remove spinal dysfunction and so to restore and optimise the patient's health resulting in both short and long term benefits to the patient. At the Tamworth Chiropractic Centre we aim to provide the best possible outcome for every patient that walks through the door.

Jim was a latecomer to the benefits of chiropractic, experiencing it as a patient for the first time in his mid-20s. After working for several years in finance and stockbroking he made a dramatic career change and started studying science at University of NSW in conjunction with chiropractic at Macquarie University.
A thorough assessment is undertaken before and following the treatment to gauge its effectiveness. The manipulation of soft tissue (using varying degrees of pressure) is used by the remedial massage therapist, including such techniques as: compression, kneading, stroking, friction and percussion. Stretching and passive joint mobilisation as well as heat/cold applications may be used during the treatment.
Not every chiropractic patient will require x-rays. Some do and some don't. The decision as to whether x-rays are necessary will depend on what occurs during the first appointment. A thorough history of the complaint will be taken and a full physical exam performed. In the case of a traumatic injury, for example, x-rays would be taken to assess for a fracture.
Back pain is the leading cause of disability in the world and many patients presenting to their doctor are prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen to treat the complaint. New medical research seems to indicate that this treatment is ineffective. The research, which was conducted in Australia, has determined that for every six patients treated.

Went to visit the clinic where a full examination had taken place over a duration of 30 minutes on one day.
On the next visit the chiropractor had explained in detail visually the issues I was having. The next stage was an adjustment followed by things that I should do.
I must say, thank God after the adjustment I feel so much better. I’d definitely recommend the place and for me it was well worth the 30 minute travel from the middle of Birmingham.
Would I go back again? Without a second thought.
