Sarah at The Osteo Clinic has been absolutely wonderful in helping me rehab and get back to what I love to do. Not only is she Incredibly professional and thorough in her assessment/ treatment but she went above and beyond with programming and videos to assist me in my rehab at home. I would happily recommend her and you would be in very capable hands.

One Body Osteo is fantastic. Whenever I have any aches or pains or my back goes or my neck is funny, Bec or Jacquie sort me out. I have been doing clinical pilates here for over a year and it is the best these guys really know wheat they are doing.

I am 4 weeks post-op (hysterectomy) and spent way too long on my feet in the wrong shoes. Booked in and had the best remedial massage that I have ever had. Hips worked on which no-one else at other places has ever bothered with in the past. I feel so much better. Will be booking in for clinical pilates with them as soon as my surgeon says I can. Absolutely fantastic.

I have been seeing naturopath Bridgit Rouget for a number of sessions at One Body Osteopathy in Mordialloc. I can honestly say that I have not felt this good in years! Bridgit is friendly, informative and professional. She has gone above and beyond for me and really makes the effort to understand and help with all my issues. Would recommend extremely highly if looking for a naturopath in the Mordialloc/Bayside area.

I have been seeing Julianne to help with my tight neck and shoulders from nursing my baby. She is attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. Left feeling much looser and relaxed. Definitely will be going back again...
