After some unpleasant dental office experiences, it is actual a pleasure to visit my dentist and dental hygienists at this office. Today I had the best cleaning experience ever with Karen, my first experience with her. And I usually enjoy my interactions with Dr K, he is always funny and makes me relax : )

From the moment I entered the door until the second I walked out, was an absolutely wonderful experience!!! Everyone was nice and brought me water in the waiting room. When I was in the chair there was nice music playing in the background! The girl who took my X-rays even put cotton in my mouth to make it not hurt. The doctor agreed with the kind of treatment plan I wanted!!! He didn’t try to talk me into spending money I don’t have, on my teeth. All around great experience!!! I plan to stay with them for a long time!!! Hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to!!!

The appointment was for my daughter. She said they did not hurt her plus she was excited to get a purple toothbrush. My interactions with the receptionists everytime I've called have been very pleasant. We just moved here and my husband went and really liked them. I have not had an appointment yet for myself but, have switched to this dentist office from my previous one.

Speaking on the phone with the secretary, she was very helpful answering my questions. She had a cheerful voice and easy to talk with. I was surprised that I got an appointment the next day . The staff was friendly and talked about simple thing's of life. I felt welcomed and at ease. Mark, the dentist he was friendly and respectful. He explained what was going on with my tooth and how he was going to fix it.
Also, I liked that I knew how much everything was going to cost me before I agreed to the exam.

After looking for a dentist for almost two years, was ready to go back to Ohio every 6 months for my cleaning….made an appointment at 321 Dental and from the moment I met with the receptionist I felt comfortable. Karen cleaned my teeth was very good and very friendly as with everyone else. I made my next 6 month appointment and have finally found my Florida dentist….really love you guys….Anna Pettit

What a fantastic place! Haven't been to a dentist in years after a terrifying experience from a previous oral surgeon. This place is happy, clean, professional, the staff knowledgeable, eager to help, and make the patient comfortable. My Dr. JOEL has a calm gentle demeanor which is a necessity in my opinion. The office was very quite upon my arrival, receptionist was very friendly, I was on time and so was the hygienist, Barbara. She told me a little about 321 Dental, how it started and about it's present day patients. I had my teeth cleaned and Barbara went over the dental plan but I was only charged for new patient exam. I was shocked, Barbra was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with my visit and their staff.

Graham and all the staff at East Melbourne Dental Group are the most amazingly skilled, compassionate, caring, gentle and above all professional group of people.
