If you are researching and wondering whether Duct cleaning is worth it, the answer is YES. Firstly Steve's customer service is exceptional, he always answers the phone and willing to respond to any of your questions. In regards to the cleaning process itself, although the vents get cleaned really well, most of the dust is pushed out into the home. The process involves putting air pressure into each vent to loosen the dust. The heater is running so naturally the dust will flow out of the vent. I wonder whether you could have a vacuum hose inside the vent whilst using air compression to collect the

Lack of responsibility over poor work conducted by one of their workmen who visited a family member's house to service their heater. The serviceman went into the ceiling which we assumed providing the service as promised. The next day when our family member used the heater they and we noticed issues with the thermostat and other issues. The family member called MR Duct Cleaning office and spoke to a Steve. Steve was unresponsive and blamed our heating system to be old. I replied it was new and just 3 years old. Steve replied that the heater was a complicated system and there was nothing that could

We are appalled at the state that our newly professionally painted walls were left in. The painters had only finished work the day prior to having our ducts cleaned. No care was taken whatsoever with the serviceman who conducted our duct cleaning. We have made numerous phone calls and emails to have this addressed however no response yet. We have been waiting months now and still no response. Would not recommend this company. Please refer to the below photos.
