I needed help to find a sewer connection at our place and Lou came recommended. He arrived promptly the next day with all the camera and tracing gear and did a great job of finding it and giving us a map we could use for building approval. He's a nice guy, very professional and courteous and I would definitely use him again.

Got Lou out to do a Blocked Storm Water drain today. Lou turned up as scheduled, set up and was straight on the Case. His camera picked up a lot of Silt build up, but further along he found one of my Dogs play balls had made its way into the storm water pipe. He continued his magic and was able to dislodge the Ball. 10/10 service and promptness. Will get him back anytime in the future.

Needed a plumber in a hurry to diagnose a blocked pipe. Lou was fast to respond with a can do attitude. He unblocked the pipe, explained the problem and showed photos of what needed to be fixed. Nice bloke Would highly recommend him.
