Brad was great. Our 15 year old hot water system started leaking on Thursday afternoon. We did some google searches and my wife called several people. Dynamic where the only ones to get back to us that afternoon. He asked for some photos and explanation of the symptoms. He confirmed the problem after getting the photos and quoted us a price.
They were busy on Friday, but rearranged his appointments to fit us in before the long weekend. We got a call 7am on Friday asking if they could come earlier and they arrived and completed the job before 10am.

The two young gentleman were courteous and considerate. They called to ask if they could attend earlier than the appointed time as they had a cancellation. They arrived cheerful and onto the job, which was a mistake we made by drilling a hole into our shower wall then into the copper pipe to attach a new shower rose system. You can imagine choice words were used when this unfortunate incident occurred. They knew exactly what they were going to do. They were quick and efficient. Took photos of the job. Cleaned up the mess!!! Which back in the old days tradesmen always did. So this was very impressive

Brad and his assistant were on time and the work done was of high quality and done in a clean efficient manner. Pricing was very competitive and reasonable.

Have been using Dynamic Plumbing and Gas for quite a few years now. That itself speaks to the quality of service these guys provide. Brad has a great team who are always punctual, polite and do a great job. Even today, Saturday, Brad organized Reece to come out at short notice for a bit of an emergency. These guys always come through!
