Ratana Thai Massage & Day Spa
Thai culture teaches from childhood to care for others, living amongst nature with compassion, respect, calmness and joy. The richness of this traditional culture, interwoven with ancient Thai healing therapies, inspired our family and friends to create Ratana Thai Massage and Day Spa in Pyrmont near the Darling Harbour and the Star Casino in 2009.

We value our reputation for excellence in health service and genuine care for your well-being, in body and spirit. Base on ancient Thai Medical theory, our treatments use traditional massage, heat therapy and authentic herbs to bring the physical condition and spirit back to a state of balance.

Maybe I just had the intern or student who was helping out but it was a bad massage. She didn’t know what she was doing, very weak, completely amateur massage. Very disappointed- waste of $89😡

I have been coming to Ratana for years and they are always wonderful. The massage rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. Every massage therapist I’ve ever had at Ratana has been very skilled, friendly and professional. The environment is so welcoming and they always offer you a cup of herbal tea before you leave. I went in for a 2 hour Thai and aromatherapy massage today and it was absolute bliss. They were also very diligent and careful in light of the COVID crisis, checking my temperature as I arrived and giving me a screening form to fill out before I left. A beautiful place that really cares

Husband and I spoiled ourselves to an hour massage on the Friday night. We were both pleased with our massage therapist. Also great customer service over the the phone to book.

It is expensive at $99 for 60 minutes and definitely not worth the price. You can find better spa and massage salons in Sydney. To make matters worse, they do not accept any private insurance.

These lady's that work in this business are the most consistent massage therapists I've come across in the cbd innerwest area. I'm in hospo and so add insult to injury by leaving it way too long. After going there I feel brilliant for weeks after and don't get that bad again for a couple months. There sense is good as they can tell what should be and what shouldn't. I've gone a handful of times only in the last couple of years but I no longer try anywhere else. Because massage shops are ten a penny in this town it's hard to find this jewl in the sand and we'll worth a review!

The style and quality of the massage is great, and it is more quiet than your average Sydney massage parlor. I don't even mind that there are no massage tables except that laying on a face pillow is painful for long massages. Better face support is needed.
