Reception service and hours are Monday - Friday 7am to 9pm. Weekends & Public Holidays 7am to 8pm. Please advise reception if checking in after reception hours so alternative arrangements can be made for you to gain access to your room. Guest planning to arrive after 9pm Mon - Thurs and after 8pm on Fri, Sat, Sun and Public Holidays must contact us in advance to arrange for a late check in.

The staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. The bedroom was very roomy and very clean. Loved soaking in the spa. Very relaxing. Very central to shopping and some of the tourist attractions and a short stroll to the train station. The food was great. Will definitely come back. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

Refused to give me my bond back because I had incense on which as soon as they asked me not use is their rooms I stopped now saying that they can’t get the smell of it out three days later and they have to get a carpet cleaner and the curtains steamed.
Such liars I literally burned two sticks of incense and it’s hanging around three days later yeah right I don’t know of any incense that strong you you couldn’t even smell it when I left the next day.
They are just trying to steal

Bundaberg CBD Stay!
This is a lovely motel in a terrific location just a couple of minutes’ walk to the centre of town. We booked an Executive King Room with a Spa Bath. The room and bathroom were really spacious and well designed with plenty of cupboards, shelves and surfaces for you to store your belongings. The King bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing after a day out in the spa. The room rates are very reasonable given the size of the room, the central CBD location and especially as your room is serviced daily. This is highly recommended!

The service and support from Peter (owner) was excellent - he is dedicated and knowledgeable, ensuring the best experience for a guest with accessible room needs. Nothing was a trouble, and he suggested ideas to ensure the room suited all our needs, and made it a wonderful stay. Very much appreciated.
