Here is a review of our experience of JMW Dunsborough Real Estate. As a young family of five, we had the misfortune to rent a property in Dunsborough through this shambolic organisation for 16 months.

We agreed to take on the rental in early-Sept 2011 through agent Pam. The advertised rate was $375 p/w, including gardening.

Having given notice to our current landlord, we were then presented with a new deal from JMW, $385 a week, not including gardening. Oh well we thought, not a massive hike it's too late to find somewhere else - so we signed a year's contract, to move in on 29 September
