Booked these guys in advance to clean 25 windows inside and out on my grandmother's two storey house before installation of security screens. Was very specific about size/nature of job. Kevin arrives, takes one look at the job and says "nah I'll give it a miss". True story, how unprofessional and just poor form and work ethic, avoid at all costs!!
