They will watch the way you move, take X-rays and do a case history. Diversified chiropractic technique is the most common and widely used manual adjusting technique utilised by chiropractors.

No referral is required for chiropractic care under most circumstances and is covered by all of the private health insurers(HBF, MBF, Medibank etc). You can get up to 5 visits paid for by Medicare for chronic and complex health conditions. This is known as Enhanced Primary Care. Discuss this with your G.P as he/she will need to organise a referral and care plan.
Your second visit to this clinic, the Report of Findings, is considered the most important. Your partner is encouraged to attend so that they may provide support during Relief Care. At this visit, you will be given a detailed report. The report includes examination findings, diagnosis, your prognosis and recommendations for care.
