Terrible, terrible experience, do not buy from them ever!!! Had some guys hanging around a parking lot advertising some car deal they had, ended up purchasing it. However asked for a refund, which they agreed to and after months of dodging messages and calls, I still haven’t received a refund.

I have been trying to organise a refund for some vouchers that I purchased. It has taken this company over a month to do this. I still have not received my refund of over $300. They are impossible to get a hold off. I called the office many times and left messages and most of the time they had no idea what I was taking about. I finally did get hold of a person who seems incapable of helping me. Don’t bother to send anything in the mail to them as it takes them over a week to even got to the post office. This has been a very very stressful experience.

Very bad experience with this company. Their marketing techniques are extremely inappropriate as I was approached in a quiet car park and felt pressured to buy a $200 “gift voucher” for a business they were promoting. I requested a refund soon after (which I was eligible for), to which they requested my bank details but I never received a refund. I have now sent several emails with no response, even after stating that I will be reporting them to the ACCC.

Dark horse is a great place to work! I’ve been working here for a while now and I’m loving every second! The management team is fantastic and supportive! The team is the best team I have ever worked for. There is so many opportunities for people who work for this company! I would 100% recommend this job for anyone and everyone!
