I travel around Sydney for work, and injured my neck recently lifting work stuff. Dropped into these guys for treatment and was so happy with the result. The lady who saw me was so good. You can tell when someone knows the inside and out of what they're doing. What a find. Bit too far from home to be my regular but who knows, might pass through again in the future.

I have been a patient/client of Hornsby Physiotherapy for at least fifteen years. In that time I have of course seen different physiotherapists within that practice but am currently a patient of Lauren Lings. I would like to say that Lauren's care and understanding is fantastic. I find Lauren is always willing to help, listens to what you say and is friendly yet extremely professional. I would not ever consider going anywhere else.

I'm a 60 y/o female turned up for session and noticed 15-16 y/o standing by observing. Was asked to lift my clothing at which time I asked Lauren Ling why he was standing watching to which she blithely replied "oh he's here on work experience, you don't mind if he watches do you? I certainly do mind and by the way what happened to patient privacy and asking permission first. I've never been back.

I have been going to this physio for nearly a year and a half now and the staff here are so friendly and lovely, yet professional at the same time. I have had most of the physios here treat my injury, but Lauren Ling has watched over the course of my injury for the past one and a half years and she's great! I look forward to coming to the physio as she makes it fun and enjoyable. Would not hesitate to recommend Lauren and the rest of the physios at Hornsby Physio!
