Services
Peloton commenced operation in 2006 and has delivered more than 250 projects in Construction & Engineering, Commercial Fitout, Retail, Education, Industrial, and Hospitality sectors. Just as a cycling peloton relies on teamwork to speed to the finish, Peloton Constructions focuses on these same principles to deliver projects.
Located on Podium Level 2 at 4 Parramatta Square, Peloton Constructions delivered a multi-purpose 650sqm Business & Events Centre for repeat client, Walker Corporation, from cold shell floor provisions valued at approximately $3.2M.

The Business & Events Centre can accommodate up to 200 people and comes complete with a catering kitchen, high end finishes, acoustically rated operable walls and audio visual systems capable of holding a wide range of events from cocktail events to both large & small corporate meetings/seminars.
The State Library of NSW Collection Care laboratory project commenced with the design finalisation of services performance solutions including fire engineering, dangerous goods analysis, heritage conservation plans, major structural alterations and mechanical upgrade to the State library.

The two key areas of the project were the reconfiguration of the original glass stacks section of the library and an internal plantroom to be reconfigured for both new plant, services equipment and fire stairs. The glass stacks, a 1905 build, glass floor library reading area was re-configured to a new laboratory and required several upgrades in order to satisfy the modern building codes requirements for fire and structural compliance.

Report
While they undertook a project in our building, they managed to pour floor screed down the lift shaft, breaking the lift.
As a result, the lift was out of action for over 8 days (Still not fixed as I write this) The worst part is that they didn’t even communicate the issue to the residents. We were only told after 3 days about the cause and the expected rectification date (which they missed)
