First class clinic close to the airport in Lisbon.
Initial email correspondence with my dentist was was very positive , on arrival reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful and my initial appointment with dentist was fantastic. He (Pedro) explained to me very thoroughly and in a way I understood what procedures were required to correct the considerable issues with the teeth on my lower jaw.
I thought I needed at least 4 implants but it became apparent I didn’t, which was a real surprise to me.
About one after I left the clinic feeling very relieved and delighted with my appointment

This place is horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been bringing my mother here for her implants and they are still not done. Every single time they tell her to come to 2 days, then it’s an entire week. I’m here on vacation and they told her to come 2 days and now it’s 4 days out of our vacation and she STILL has to come back again in a few months. They tell her stories after stories and they are never right. They make it impossible to be able to plan anything around their visits because they have been constantly changing it. Awful customer service, and you don't want to be in a place where the doctors are unaccassible and are more important than the clients. Had to wait for almost 2 month for the doctor to be available to start treatment of my daughter, and when finally came to the appointment was told that the doctor couldnt see us because apparently in their system the appointment was booked for a different time! Most likely they internally rescheduled the appointment to accommodate another customer and forgot to confirm with us the new timing, which wouldn't work for us anyway.
