Services
House Rules are provided at the Property to ensure that Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the Property. Any bins not put out will incur a handling charge of $20. A rubbish removal fee will apply for excess rubbish left on premises according to the amount of rubbish and tip fee.
Cassandra was an absolute dream to work with. She is communicative, encouraging, honest and reliable - she made my first time buying a home a really pleasant experience. I can only strongly recommend the Property One Holiday Rental Team who have looked after our House at Callala Bay for the last 5 years.
Antonia and Morgan bring both a very personal and professional level of service, and are always there at such busy peak periods to respond to any of the various Tenants' questions or any special requirements arising.

We have been using Property One for several years in renting out our holiday house. We found them very accomodating to our needs. This agency rents out short term holiday rentals to large groups with absolutely no consideration given to the neighbours. They don’t care about who the tenants are or whether they follow the rules, it’s all about the money. The once peaceful life my family once had at Callala has been lost due to the obnoxiously loud large groups of 10+ people they rent to.
