I had a wonderful experience at Moira Hughes. I had gone to a handful of other designers beforehand and was not enjoying the experience at all. At MH there were lots of style options which helped when I really didn't know what I liked and had lost confidence from other stores. There was no issue in my indecision and trying lots of different dress options until I decided what I wanted. They were able to sensitively work with me to navigate the dress request within a few months of my wedding date, when COVID struck September 2021 and my wedding was postponed to December, they were completely understanding

All my wedding dreams came true thanks to Moira and her team! Where do I begin to start with how amazing and supportive Moira and her team were. I was due to get married in October this year and had only tried my dream wedding dress once in Feb when I knew it was the one!
I could not go to Sydney for the 2nd dress fitting, nor the 3rd because of Covid restrictions. THEN I found out during lockdown I was PREGNANT with my first child! I was definitely freaking out, the thought of will I be able to get married, being pregnant and not trying on my dress, how can we even imagine how much my body is

Getting engaged amidst multiple lockdowns presents a challenge, however, the team at Moira Hughes have provided me with an experience I couldn't fault. From finding time to book in an appointment that works with my schedule, providing me with such a range of dress options (I really had no idea what I wanted), taking into consideration my design ideas and making me feel so welcomed. The whole journey from entering their boutique for the first time to organising the dry-cleaning of my gown after the wedding was flawless thanks to the Moira Hughes team. All the staff were so professional and knowledgable, and really made me feel at ease the whole time.
Sophia, who looked after me for most of the process, really made sure that the dress was absolutely perfect for me (even noticing things that needed altering that I didn't even notice myself). She was just incredible and I feel so lucky to have had her help me create my perfect wedding dress.

An absolutely amazing and wonderful experience - having my dress made by the incredibly talented Moira Hughes was an absolute highlight of my wedding. I loved my dress from the very first moment I tried it on, and had a ball each time I visited Moira's beautiful boutique to have it fitted. Sophia was also such a pleasure, and SO talented, and I'm still a little sad I don't have an excuse to visit and see her and Moira anymore! The only wedding designer I would recommend.
