We renovated a kitchen and a bathroom. Sam helped us to move plumbing waste pipes, gas pipes, water pipes and install all new plumbing. He was AWESOME. Sam was super friendly, totally competent, flexible and responsive. We would recommend him without hesitation. I am writing this to express my appreciation for your helpful ideas and hard work during my bathroom and kitchen renovations.

I initially contacted Sam (via email) and received his response within 12 hours. A booking was easily made and Drew arrived on time. He was able to quickly assess the problem and what was needed to fix/resolve. Drew communicated the work required and was very tidy, polite and efficient with the work completed. I plan on using their services again in future as well as any ad-hoc issues that may occur. I didn't tick "Value" as I didn't have any other businesses to compare but I'm happy with the fee charged especially based on the comments I've stated earlier.

These guys were great - phoned up for an urgent hot water heater replacement and they were super helpful, super transparent about likely issues and the process, and came around that day to get it done. They ended up having an unforeseen problem with a new heater and rather than leave us with no water they worked into the evening to get it right without charging us. Would definitely use again.
