Services
MCL Legal is a legal practice available for consultation to individuals, families, farmers and other small business. Our stengths are our pragmatic advice, attention to detail and our relationship with clients. We are happy to adopt a collaborative approach and work with our client's professional advisors to ensure that we find a cost efficient, tailored solution.
We act for clients who buy, sell, lease and rent rural, residential and commercial property. Every transaction is unique and should be treated as such. We will advise you in relation to the detail of the transaction to ensure that you understand your rights and obligations before the committing yourself to the transaction.
Along with taxes, the other certainty in life is death. The death of a loved one can be confronting, as is the task of dealing with their personal affairs which at the time can seem overwhelming. We can relieve you of some of this stress and help you with the detail to make sure that you don't face the challenge alone.
There are not too many certainties in life, but death is one of them. It is likely that you have worked too hard or too long not to give proper consideration to your assets and your intentions for those assets. So whether you like to be organised, you are retiring, selling up or leaving your farm or business, or health reasons have you assessing your options, we are available to discuss your estate planning needs.
We assist clients in business, or contemplating a new business in their review of contracts and agreements, advice in relation to trading structure, recovery of debt or resolution of disputes. We can assist you by drafting deals and agreements or documenting changes to your business structure as your business grows or changes direction.
