Our Indigo7800 and Nexpress digital presses sets the standard when it comes to digital colour. Hero Print is able to deliver your digital printing in a flash, with turnarounds of 1 - 2 working days for most products. Using Indichrome technology we are also able to match your tough PMS colours - ask us how!
Our Ricoh and Nexpress digital presses sets the standard when it comes to digital colour. Hero Print is able to deliver your digital printing in a flash, with turnarounds of 2 - 3 working days for most booklets. The Indigo press uses blankets and ink just like an offset press which provides amazing results - especially on uncoated stocks.
Lamination is the application of a plastic film which adds a layer of protection to your printing. Matt laminate is a soft, smooth finish that adds a luxurious and elegant finish. Velvet Soft Touch laminate is an even softer finish that has a velvet texture, and is a high end finish. Gloss laminate is a shiny, highly reflective finish that lifts colours and photos.
As a national company, Hero Print has geared it's operation to cater for the needs of the five time zones in Australia. Customer Service and Technical staff are available from 9.00am EST until 7.00pm EST, giving the best coverage of any printing company throughout Australia. Wow. Someone referred me to Heroprint and I didn't think much of it. Signed up and would have simply added them to a list of printer suppliers.
THEN....
The next business day I came back to my desk to find a pile of gorgeous samples with a personalised letter and business card from Sales Rep Steve Johnston. I rang Steve. What a pleasure. Bend-over-backwards helpful. Answers my calls. Would talk about stock til the cows came home, pardon the pun.
I will be sending all of my print work to Heroprint, assured that if I have an issue, I have an actual (lovely and helpful) human who will assist.
