Hydrotherapy is a form of physiotherapy treatment utilising water and a specifically heated pool. Hydrotherapy provides an environment of warmth and reduced weight bearing, which allows for effective treatment of many injuries and conditions, which are not possible with on land treatment and exercise.
Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of pilates, with individually designed programs based on a thorough assessment of your problems. It is safe, gentle and highly effective, using a combination of floor and specialised equipment-based exercises targeted at improving core stability, flexibility and efficient movement patterns and postures.
Dry needling is a specialized treatment technique used at Physiotherapy Centre Bendigo for the treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and problems. The technique involves using fine acupuncture needles to needle specifically into or over muscle trigger points, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

I went to Physiotherapy centre Bendigo for treatment after a car accident. When I contacted them, the reception kindly let me know that they can directly claim TAC and I do not have to pay for the treatment, for 30 min treatment. I was very pleased to receive physiotherapy treatments from Loryn and was excited to get better.
Initial consultation lasted almost 30 minutes including the time that she had to write reports in front of me, but the second treatment was about 20 minutes. I just thought that it was what it is, and didn’t say anything as I did not want to complain.
However, for my third

As far as I can tell Jane B is a miracle worker. I've had fairly chronic back problems over a long time which culminated in something like a herniated disc last year and excruciating (8 nurofen a day) pain. Jane has got me back and track, the body and back is feeling strong again, and I'm back playing sport socially this year, working at the desk etc, and no problems.

Dedicated and knowledgeable staff but no disabled entrance for frame which is the entire reason I need a physiotherapist in the first place. Small step, lip on front door and small doorways make experience more difficult than it should be. Parking can be a pain. Pity the building lets them down, staff are exceptional.
