Faq Report

Yes, we can make a pre-production sample. Sampling is at a higher cost per unit than production, and includes screen set up fees or embroidery digitising fees. Yes, you can supply your own garments as long as they are new and unwashed. Garments need to be labelled, arranged according to size and ready for production.

I was looking for a business to produce a small number of T-shirts for a social group I manage. From the first phone call I realised I was in good hands. The receptionist was articulate, friendly and knowlegable. She explained the process clearly and concisely. All correspondence was surprisingly fast, often the same day. The order was completed sooner than expected and when I unpacked my order I was very pleased with the quality of the print. The details were clear and the colors vibrant. I'll certainly be using Ssweatshop again.

It all started with a visit to their website which is really neat and straightforward. From there, went in for some meetings to talk about printing and they were really friendly and helpful in explaining the entire process in a logical and easy-to-understand way. They paid a lot of attention to the details and were more than happy to answer lots of questions. Not only that, but their printing is really clean, durable, and they sew in labels too. Overall, these guys made the daunting process of screenprinting a whole lot easier. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting
