At GETT Fitness we like to mix things up, so even when you attend the same class types you will be met with a variety of different exercises and experiences! Our sessions are designed to be fun and enjoyable whilst still giving you a great overall workout. Our programs are adaptable to suit all ages and fitness levels, so you are welcome to attend any session available on the timetable.

I'm a fully qualified & insured Personal Trainer, Matwork Pilates Instructor, Pregnancy Pilates Instructor, Pre & Post Natal Trainer, Children's Trainer oh and a Mum as well.
Have you tried Pilates before but didn't really 'feel worked' or 'feel the benefits'? Did you know not all Pilates Methods are the same? Whilst the original concepts of Joseph Pilates are usually applied in some form, different methods have different focus points & applications. The method I teach was adapted by physiotherapists incorporating traditional Pilates exercises whilst using the latest research on core stability.

Tash is soooo amazing and knowledgeable about women's fitness. If you are expecting or just had a baby I wouldn't trust your body with anyone else! Tash knows her stuff and will ensure your recovery will happen smoothly with no injuries and will help rebuild your core and pelvic floor. This is essential for new mums recovery and many trainers just don't understand this.

I started going to Gett Fitness when I wanted to return to playing sport, after a lengthy period of being a Mum and one too many knee injuries. Tash and the team at Gett Fitness have been excellent. They've helped me rebuild my fitness, strengthen my knee and build my core strength. I am still able to run on the sport field with people half of… my age and keep up! I have a new 'spring' to my legs and have been able to avoid any more injuries. Tash and Jake are able to adjust the program to cater for your fitness level, injuries or health. Am not sure GETT Fitness realise how much they have turned me around this year. A new job, move to Qld and then COVID knocked me around physically. A kick in the bum from my wife who found GETT for me has helped me immensely. I don't think I've felt this good since my twenties (I'm 42 now) and remain injury free. I love the variety and how you adapt to each individual's situation. I only aim to push myself to get as much out of my body as possible. Thanks again, Tash & Jake! Alex

Going to classes with Tash and some PT sessions too has been the best thing I’ve done for myself post pregnancy. I’m getting stronger, back pain is disappearing and things that were challenging a month or two ago are now less so. I can bring my child to classes (and there are so many bubs there) and she is so distracted at functional fitness by all… the stuff going on that I actually get some quality exercise. I only wish I had gone to more Preggi Pilates but I never realised what a difference it could have made with abdominal separation and my general strength. I now know that

I love these exercise classes. Tash is so knowledgeable and adjusts all the classes to suit everyone's fitness. I have attended both the Post Natal classes and her regular classes and I feel confident that I can work out safely with her guidance. She is also very well set up to accommodate bubs of all ages. I wish I had known about GETT Fitness when I was pregnant. I would highly recommend her exercise classes to anyone, regardless of fitness level.

Tash is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and ensuring that exercise is perfect for every individual at any level. For the first time in many years I'm enjoying exercise again and I can see and feel the benefits both physically and mentally. Her group indoor and outdoor classes are super fun, with a perfect level of tough, and… personal training sessions always leave me knowing more and more about my body. I can't recommend Gett Fitness highly enough, if you're looking for new and better ways of getting and/or staying fit this is definitely the way to go.

I have been with GETT Fitness for 3 years. Never before have i stayed with a fitness program for this length of time. I put it down to the inclusive, challenging and dare i say it fun atmosphere that Tash and Jake create. I happily rise for a 5.45am class in the middle of winter knowing that apart from the health benifits i will enjoy the time… with friends. The GETT Fitness family/ members motivate and support each other. Tash and Jake you are my health guru's. I have finally found a Pilates instructor in Toowoomba that is knowledgeable and passionate about their training. I came to meet Tash by accident through a friend . Having moved here from the coast , I hadn't found a trainer who was able to motivate me & push me to reach my goals. As a mature mother who carries a few sporting injuries, Tash has the ability to encourage and adapt movement to suit the individual. I highly recommend Tash to anybody wanting to try or advance their Pilates.

I have been with GETT Fitness for a couple of months and I LOVE it - for so many reasons why. I have gained so much strength / confidence and fitness through the group classes and also one on one PT sessions. Tash is a great motivator - always positive - always smiling !
