Our professional and certified bookkeepers are on hand to help businesses complete and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS); provide simple or complex financial reporting on a regular basis, or as required; and assist small businesses with accounting software data entry, payroll reconciliations, payment of accounts, and invoicing.

Cross matching of daily takings, receipts and payments with banking, credit cards, EFTPOS and till receipts. Data entry of all supplier invoices - reconcile supplier statements and invoices with a weekly payables listing provided to client for their records and information. Preparation of weekly or fortnightly payroll and payment of wages.
Supply of fully reconciled financial information on disc to the client's accountant at the end of the financial year for preparation of tax return and liaise with the accountant as necessary. For an additional fee, we can also provide weekly or fortnightly payroll facilities depending upon the number of your employees.
