A Power of Attorney is a document that legally gives authority to another to look after your financial and legal affairs. Once appointed, the person you appoint can sign all documents on your behalf, and effectively "stands in your shoes", making all decisions that you would otherwise be required to make.

It will take you at least 2 weeks to hear back from your lawyer if you send to them any correspondence. Doesn't matter if it is urgent, they will take long long time. This is their attitude and how they treat their customers.
Most important is they will put things on the paper without discussing or get consent from you. Afterwards you are not happy or disagree with what they did. they will tell you this is the only way to do it. Too bad!
They also would like to make things more complicated for you, so you can pay them more.
Good luck if you want to choose them.
