Our physiotherapy facility adjoins The Rehab Gym, our 24-hr rehabilitation facility. This means that all of your injury rehabilitation and strength and conditioning needs are met under one roof.

Being able to have hands on therapy and utilise The Rehab Gym has been amazing. I did my ACL and Meniscus and was lucky enough to have the support of this amazing team behind me. I am now back playing basketball which is the sport I love. The team at Progress has been an amazing support to me and I am so grateful for that.
We will use special tests and examinations to find out the cause of your pain or injury. Our physiotherapists have treatment skills to implement therapy to help fix the problem. Our physiotherapists are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA). They are qualified, have insurance and are always continuing their education.
Specific exercise is needed for recovery and rehabilitation, and injury prevention as well as general health and well-being. Exercise has been proven to reduce pain and improve overall wellness. If you have never exercised, have had time away from exercise, are confused which exercises are safe for you we can help you.

They are an amazing bunch of people as some other people have said the front staff as well as the Physio's. Alice is the BEST, she really understands you and knows what's best for ur body. She's just completed a new workout program for me to use at there gym and OMG she does love to work you hard. If you've never been your missing out 😁💋
