I can’t tell you how disappointing this day spa is. SAVE your money and go somewhere else!
The staff have no idea, shuffling you around into areas while they try and work out what they are doing. You have to wait in the change room in between treatments, that’s definitely NOT luxury. I had a back scrub and the product was so course it left scratches on my back. They started our package 20min late and then the staff made us feel like it was our problem. My husband spoke with the manager who had appalling people skills and was quite frankly not the right person to handle any issues. We wanted

Amazing relaxing experience from my therapist Lucy. Only needed a few adjustments to make it PERFECT... The music was a little stimulating (recommend "William Augusto/ Soaking in his presence)

I keep getting marketing from you guys so want to give some feedback which may help others. I came here on my birthday earlier this year. Visigted alone and was excited as don't treat myself to any pampering usually. I had come down from Brisbane. Was a little disappointed as I was kept waiting for a long time in the reception area initially. After that the experience was rather average as a group of women came in and had all attention and priority paid to them. Great spa experience. I booked it last minute and it was a very relaxing experience. I booked the dreams package and added on hand and foot massage and paid $20 extra for the aromatherapy - so glad I added the oils as they smell divine. The only thing I would change is having even more treatments! Next time! Would recommend for anyone who needs a little pampering and self love.
