Taylor Made Building & Maintenance is a family run business, owned and operated by Liam Taylor. Liam has over 24 years experience in the building industry. Prior to settling in Newcastle in 2001, Liam worked throughout various regions of NSW including Sydney, The Hunter Valley, the NSW far South Coast and the NSW Alpine Region.
Liam is very passionate about his work and the quality of the work he produces. He is continually expanding his knowledge and skills in the building industry through undertaking courses to learn new and improved building methods and products, and is also an accredited Green Smart Builder (HIA), an accredited Wet Area Water Proofer (HIA), and Bonded Asbestos Remover (HIA).

We make sure that we are available to work with our clients throughout the entire process to ensure that what you are looking for in your home is achieved, and are always on hand to discuss various options if the need arises.We believe that personal service is of the utmost importance, and for that reason we are always onsite to oversee the work - we do not subcontract our work out to other builders to supervise.

This renovation was architecturally designed by Jodie Dixon Architect. It entailed a partial demolition and extension to the rear of the dwelling. The extension comprised of a new bathroom, kitchen, and lounge and dining area, with a partial refurbishment of the existing house. This build was undertaken in 4 months.
