Like many successful businesses we started out as a 1 man show. Now have a staff of 6 full-time and 2 part-time members, with a combined total of 125 years' experience of engineering excellence! During our 20+ years we have gained a reputation of quality workmanship with a fast turnaround on jobs. Our attention to detail and personalised service are our hallmarks.
We are able to provide a complete Engine Reconditioning Service including complete assembled engines to individually machined items as boring honing cylinder head reconditioning as listed in our services available below. All our Assembled Engines and cylinder heads come with a 12 month Australia Wide Warranty for personal use.

For a Free Quote do not hesitate to contact our experienced staff with regards to your job. Heat Exchangers, Engine Oil Coolers and Gear Box Coolers which are clogged up and badly corroded can be chemically cleaned, welded up, machined back to tolerances. Seals fitted and Pressure Tested at a fraction of a cost to replace new.

Excellent service and reasonable price, wish I found them earlier!
I had the guys repair my inlet manifold that had recently had a terrible quality of work carrived out by another company.
The plug weld for a water jacket was pitted, half welded and the machined surface still contained many imperfections.
The guys at Donnelly Engineering welded the plug for the water jacket properly, machined the flange surface to an excellent quality finish and had my manifold returned to me very quickly.
Will return for any work in the future 👌🏼

Dane, I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience with our Company, we have never had this in 25 years of business. We did this job for you on 18th September, 2008, and I cannot believe it has taken you this long to bring it to our attention. Your 1AFE Toyota Engine was fully reconditioned and fitted and done as quoted and we have not heard from you for over 9 years, it was naturally assumed you did not have any problems with it. This job came with a 12 month Australia wide warranty, we would of heard from you if there was an issue.
