As a well equipped 'Make to Order' Steel Fabrication business with an overhead crane capacity to 10 Tonne, we have the ability to deliver a vast scope of supply including technically challenging assemblies ranging in all sizes both small and large, through to general steel fabricated parts. This procedure involves a specialized piece of machinery ideally suited for semi and fully automatic welding processes. This machine together with a range of accessory equipment is readily adapted to continuous weld applications associated with fabrication or refurbishment of equipment. This is a process whereby a carbon electrode and compressed air are used to remove carbon steel material.
Merchant bar, structural and solid materials are accurately cut to size and angle in our band saws. The CNC controlled horizontal saw features multiple program selection and integrated clamping for stack cutting of materials. Mitre cutting up to 45 degrees right x 45 degrees left is also efficiently carried out in the vertical saw.
