Edie sold my house with zero days on market, and sold my wife's parent's home above asking price promptly. She brought the buyer to the table for my large oceanfront home completely out of the blue, before I had even taken action on listing it. I live out of state and she handled everything for the transaction, including many things I would never have consider her problem (I don't want to detail it all here as not to oblige her to do the same in the future, because it was really too much). I can be picky and demand executive level professionalism from those involved in high value transactions on

Lets just say, Jody Nutting is amazing! During the sale of our home in 2015 and the purchase of our new home in 2018 she took the time needed to make sure all of our needs were met.
