High Street Dental is located in the heart of Penrith and provides high quality dental services from cosmetic and restorative treatments to surgical extractions and teeth whitening for the Penrith community and surrounding suburbs. Having opened in 2004, High Street Dental has become one of the leading dental practices in Penrith.
Commonly referred to as fillings, are in the majority of cases, provided in the "white" composite filling material. We still do offer the traditional "silver" amalgam fillings but less so these days as patients become more cosmetically aware of their teeth & the options available. Refers to the removal of gum disease causing plaque and tartar, followed by a polish of the teeth to smooth any irregularities and remove stains.

I have found my dentist in Penrith finally!! They we clean , professional , empathic , educated and understanding of my nervous questions. Both the dentist and assistant were patient and at the same time, swift with removing my wisdom tooth. They also didn’t try to push products or sales techniques and had a very respective price tag, enough to make you feel your in trusted hands and reasonable enough to leave without feeling ripped off . I’m really happy I found this practice . I highly recommend .. and I’m in a lot less pain than I expected too..

The service was satisfactory. The facility was very dated considering the fact that they charged double any other clinic in the area. I should have spoken up about the cost of the consultation on the spot. In hind sight I should have checked the costs before I went in. I paid $255.00 for the first visit, everywhere else is $129.00 for the same services rendered.
You got my business this time... But never again..😊

I would like to thank the staff members of High Street Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. I was naturally a very nervous and dentophobic patient but the receptionist was so kind and reassuring over the phone that I had the courage to attend the appointment. The dentist and his assistant also made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. Thank you guys so much, I would definitely be returning!

Tried to make an appointment - needed to send some information over but as my scanner was broken and I could not email it. I politely asked for fax number and the rude receptionist rudely asked what I wanted to send and wanted me to explain in detail what I was sending I told her I wanted to send information relevant to my visit. Well the Rude receptionist (obviously thought she was a detective) wanted to me to explain in greater detail what I was sending I again told her as best I could and asked again for fax number. The rude receptionist piped up "why don't you just email it?" I politely terminated

I hadn't been to the dentist in 19 years and was expecting harsh retribution and critical, judgmental comments. I got the exact opposite. Dr. Ed Chang was professional, thorough, kind and respectful. I would recommend him and High St dental to anybody. Thank you for a wonderful, not threatening and informative experience :)
