I booked a chiro appointment for my toddler and newborn. Our appointment was 9.20am, by 9.50am I politely asked the receptionist how long we would need to wait, she said there was two people in front of us, and it would be at least another 20 minutes. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that I should have turned up 30 minutes late to my appointment because Eli always runs late. We won't be going back to pay money to someone who has such little respect for people's time. It's rude and not a way to run a business. I wouldn't bother going here unless you have hours to waste in your day.
