Radiography is an imaging technique that uses X-ray radiation to generate images of tissues and structures inside the body. An X-ray is a type of energy that passes through soft tissue and is absorbed by dense material. Therefore the X-rays pass easily through gums and cheeks (soft tissue) and are absorbed by teeth and bone (dense material).

Best dental service ever! I had severe nerve pain and infection on a Sunday. I rang in the morning and Margaretha got me in straight away. She was so helpful and kind. Dr Mario removed my tooth before I even realised it had happened. His clinical assistant was great as well. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Debbie Ryan

Went for a quote on dental implants way more expensive than Sydney. And they tried to rip me off saying I had cavities they showed me someone else’s teeth. I went to the dentist in Sydney and there was no cavities and they quoted me a fair few thousands less for the implants. Would not recommend it. I was also made to wait 30min without and apology?

I had my first appointment here today, I have dental anxiety and the staff here were very understanding, very gentle, and very good at explaining the work I need done without judgement, very different to my past experiences with other dentists. They let me wear headphones while they were cleaning my teeth and are in the process of installing TVs in the ceiling so that patients can watch Netflix while they're getting work done, great when you find the process deeply stressful! I'm relieved to have found a dentist that I can trust and highly recommend them for people with anxiety.

A chunk of one of my molar teeth came out on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and an appointment was made for Sunday afternoon. I was concerned that they may have to remove my tooth, luckily there was enough tooth left for them to repair it. The procedure was very well communicated and the staff were very relaxed and friendly. Never before has my wife and I been offered free complimentary coffee at a dentist - an unexpected yet generous offer! Overall, very good service and experience.

I travel all the way from Sydney to VC Dental as I wouldn't trust any other dentist! Suzette is so professional and has the best attention to detail. I always feel at ease seeing her. The reception ladies (especially Tracey) are so welcoming and always smiling. They're happy to help any way they can. From my experiences, I would recommend this surgery to anyone!!

I have been going to VC Dental for a few years now and I have found all the staff very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, surgery and equipment are excellent. I have had a lot of work done over the years, the dentist and his assistant are always courteous and explain in detail what they are going to be doing before starting and checking on how I am feeling during the procedure. Would have no hesitation in recommending their services to any one.

The staff are all lovely and welcoming, and the dentists and hygienists are very gentle (and check in with you/offer to give breaks). I have been very happy with the quality of their dental work, my teeth look perfect. They always follow up to see how you are feeling after the appointment too; a very caring practice.

I have had to have a lot of dental work done over the past 5 years. Most recently I have had veneers fitted and my bottom teeth straightened. There was a tooth severely out of alignment which was removed. Honestly, I didn't notice when it had happened during the procedure. The look of my teeth have been transformed and I am pleased with the result. Leigh was really great and so was Lisa, likewise Lauren the hygienist has been wonderful. Thanks all the team including reception.

I got more than I bargained for. I came in to get a tooth pulled & I left with my life. After pulling my tooth AJ said I should see Trezaire, their Oral Hygienist, as I had some gum issues. She immediately noticed a sore under my tongue she didn't like the look of and INSISTED I get a biopsy. Long story short it was cancer. 8 weeks later in have been operated on and given the all clear. Her actions that day saved my life. I think that should get more than 5 stars. Do I recommend them - what do you think.

5 stars plus!! This isn't just your average dentist, the staff are exceptional! They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to explain things, and were very gentle… too, I have not stopped smiling since my visit! My teeth are just incredible! Such a big difference! Thank you VC dental! Wow!!!
