My mother has been a loyal customer for many years at London Loans. She is a pensioner but has never failed to pay for her loans on time. However today she had a loan due which she asked to cover the next day at 9am due to her realizing that the funds required would only be available on the following day.
There was only an 18 hour delay but she was still advised that the interest rate would be raised and that there would be 2 months interest payable instead of one.
It was also my mothers Birthday today and it is sad and disheartening to see that all the years of good faith, rapport and loyalty

Poor customer service. Only interested in how much they could make from the jewellery we brought in. Misquoted the carat value of the rings. Didn't take into consideration the setting of the rings & said they'd give a bundle price (very low) instead of appraising every piece on its own merit. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Have been a customer here for years, this is because unlike various jewellery stores such as MHJ they are more trustworthy. Also you get what you pay for. The staff are well trained & easy to negotiate with. I recommend putting your jewellery in on loan as you get a fair rate unlike at "cash converters". The sales on their jewellery is much better than at the other "jewellery stores" too. Best place to shop sell or loan either way! The staff are respectful & supportive of regular customers such as myself as well as others in the community.

I was selling a heap of mixed old jewellery from my mother's estate. They were very fair in their offer and explained the reason behind the offered price for each of the major pieces.
I never felt pressured as with another place I visited prior at Nerang who was extremely unprofessional. I was very tempted to buy some of the beautiful pieces they also had on sale here. Incredible and beautiful range of estate jewellery.
