We treat all types of ankle injuries, with the goal of healing you as quickly and completely as possible, getting you back to what it is you love to do, and educating you about how to keep your joints safe to avoid injuries down the road.Even more important than treating ankle pain as soon as possible, it's critical to treat it correctly.
Back pain can be caused by a huge number of factors, and can originate in the muscles, nerves, bones or spinal joints. Even low-level back pain can have a profound impact on your life, making simple tasks more difficult. Imagine not being able to play your favourite sport with your friends; pick-up your child when they are reaching for a hug; or just walk down the street due to excruciating back pain.

Fantastic staff. Such a great place, my physiotherapist has been Art, as I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck/back. He is extremely knowledgeable, and such a great person to see. My wife has now begun to go to here as well, and is loving it. Highly recommend it!

Came here after getting knee replacement surgery. Chose them because they are close to our home & they had great reviews. There's a reason for that... They're Awesome! Chantelle has been so helpful, kind, gentle and full of encouragement! It's a bummer that they only have street parking, but we've always found a spot in front. The entrance is completely accessible and everyone there is very helpful and kind. 5 Stars!

I've seen Kate Kennedy here and she is absolutely incredible. Very patient, kind and friendly and explains things thoroughly and simply. So happy this place and Kate were recommended to me. Will be staying with them. The receptionists I've spoken to have all been really warm and great to deal with as well.

Receptionist is professional, friendly, approachable, polite with excellent customer service skills.
My Physiotherapist is Rebecca Lee is hungry for money!!!
She spends only 20 mins for $75.00 and move to the next patient. She doesn't care whether you have any questions or concerns. It seems like she books patients one after the other and rush everyone asap, so she can take more for rest of the day.
Even if you are not paying from your pocket (let say WCB, MSP, ICBC, and other companies pay for the service), why do you want someone who can't be there for your questions and concerns regarding

They stayed late to get me in to see the physio because I had constant pain in my neck. I left felling much improved. I was impressed with the assessment of my issue and the plan for continuing treatment.

My wife found this clinic on Google. It was close to home and I was in serious pain. I went in hoping someone could relieve my neck pain. We made an appointment and my physiotherapist was Jonathan Poon. I didn't know a thing about him, but I prayed he could fix me up. Before my first session, I could barely turn my head. It was very painful. After my 30 min session, I immediately felt better. It was like magic. I think the best part was that he explained what was going on with my neck. I wanted to know! He also answered all of my annoying questions about my neck.
So a big thank you to Jonathan

Mike Wall has been my physiotherapist for years and has been an amazing help not only with injuries but also with prevention. He is a caring guy who incorporates different modalities to ensure your well-being. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and realistic with a focus on our goals and returning to the activities that we hold most dear. Thank you Mike for all you have done to keep me fit enough to participate in my life!

I cannot put into words how awesome this place is. Ok, I admit I'm one of those guys who avoids seeing a doctor because really, "tis but a scratch" but I guess I've spent more on a car service in a year than I have on my own service and repairs in the last 5 years.

After a recommendation from a friend I decided to make a booking. What's the worst that could happen?

Well, I guess the worst thing that happened was that I found out how much tension I've been carrying in my muscles day-to-day. And then you realise how much better you feel afterwards so that makes you

Great, friendly office staff greeting you at the door and managing phones, billing and all the other tasks of the office setting. Knowledgeable rehabilitation staff, fitting treatment to needs. I would not have been able to be still working if not for Aart (it is a good thing). I have experienced therapy with most of the fantastic rehabilitation staff at Main Street. From back manipulation, developing core exercises, lymphatic massage, pain management, to yoga for core stabilization this group does it all. A big thanks from me!

I got an appointment the next day, no waiting. The physiotherapist was friendly and knowledgable. She worked out the muscles in my shoulder really well and was able to identify the problem. Sent me home taped up and with exercises. Great place!

I've been to Main Street Physio on two separate occasions to treat squash injuries. A pulled calf muscle and a bad groin strain.
I'm getting older so I am more concerned about the proper recovery strategies along with exercises to prevent injuries from reoccurring. Main Street has helped me a lot and I'm happy to say that both recoveries were successful.
Staff are friendly and very knowledgable. The facility is clean and well run.
