Haven't used their services but the man I spoke to was kind enough to spend time on the phone providing free advice regarding a structural issue with a pre-purchase house. He sounded polite and experience but unfortunately couldn't help us out further considering our situation but it's good to know people are not just after your money.

I had such a good experience (professional and what you would expect) with ANZ the first time I engaged them that I went back when I needed other engineering done. My Building Surveyor has been so picky with every document I send through (always asking for amendments), but he accepted the ANZ engineering right away. They're pretty well priced too (from what I've researched).

I contacted ANZ Engineers to assist with a report from a structural engineer to obtain council permit to remove a tree. During initial contact I was advised that the report would be $490 plus gst. I was happy to appoint ANZ Engineers based on the quote provided. Turns out that the quote provided didn’t include a site visit which had to be conducted prior to the report.
Very misleading and dishonest.
I ended up paying $900+ for a report that any other engineer would have done for approx $500.
