Extremely disappointed that it took Tracey more than three months to look at a probate matter, only then to decide it was more complicated than she could handle. I called four times during those months, allowing extra time for Covid lockdown, holidays, etc. and not one return call.
Would not recommend.

Terrible, terrible experience. Tracey was the conveyancer when we sold our house. Without our knowledge or consent, she gave written approval to the buyer to use our house while we still owned it. It made things extremely awkward as we still used our house and people came in one day! When I approached Tracey about this, she basically NEVER responded to us again. This is pretty bad!
