I wouldn't recommend this company if they were the last company on earth. Leonie and Anthony are 2 people you never want to have the responsibility to help you with buying a home. They are rude and have very bad customer service. I have spoken to so many people that have worked with this company and may people have had poor experiences and haven't called them out for it. Go to any other company to go buy a house or refinance but don't waste your time with them as you will regret it!! I wish there was a star lower than 1 because even 1 star is wayyyy to muchhhh!!

Purchasing a home during a stage 4 lockdown could have been a nightmare. BUT the team at Freedom Loan made the process extremely easy and created a comfortable environment. From the beginning I was nervous not having any face to face contact to read peoples thoughts. BUT once again the team where honest , thoroughly explaining the process from beginning to end as well as getting a great result enabling us to move into a new home.
Also there was very clear documents explaining the fees and charges, no hidden surprises . They gave me an estimate of fees based on my loan size, and it was $39 out

My partner and I bought our dream home through Freedom Loans. We rented a house across the road from it for nearly 2 years and we fell in love with this house.
