Stayed in cabin facing water. Breezy and cool but be aware there are mosquitoes and sandhills at sunset and evening. Insect repellent a must. There is small shop with all your fishing needs and snacks

It's more people like fishing place then motel type. The pub across road had good food and nightly specials especially on Wednesday. The seafood was good for us and also had mini store get bread milk etc.

This is a fishing location with the boat ramp next door. It’s a good base with pool and bbq, however we found the rooms were a bit pricey for what they offered. Clean and tidy and a nice balcony overlooking the water and staff very very friendly

Staff were very friendly, helpful and obliging. "Resort" bungalow was clean but small and very basic. Trying to watch TV at night was very uncomfortable. Maybe single bed in kitchen area could be replaced w' a 2 seater couch/fold-out single bed in some cabins and those cabins offered to couples??? Such is life!
