I contacted Chris from FirstGenSolutions asking for a defective inverter to be changed with a new three-phase SMA inverter, that I had already purchased. On the phone, I was quoted around $700 in labour. This was followed by weeks of delays until I received a firm installation date on the 13th of October 2021. Instead of installing the new inverter on the day, Chris changed the appointment to a property inspection appointment costing me $199 and told me my eight year old quality Bosch solar panels needed to be replaced as well. Chris has been great in his services he has done at our place.
He gave us great advice about our electricity usage and upgraded us to LED downlights throughout the house.
Chris did an awesome job at… installing solar onto our property. His advice and knowledge here was really valuable and has saved us plenty of $$.
He has helped us replace our old Oven and was really helpful in navigating the insurance claim process and replacing the new oven.
Really organised and prompt in getting all of these completed and super impressed!

Chris came out promptly and fixed our inverter for a very reasonable tariff plus mended a broken tile. I could not be happier with his courtesy, demeanour and his service. Nothing was too much trouble. We… will be considering asking him to install a new system as our old one is not up to the job. Thanks Chris - good job, well done

I was very impressed with Chris's service and professionalism during the build of my new home. Chris quote was very detailed and there was no extra costs. Chris's expertise in designing the electrical layout and selection of feature lighting was much appreciated. When there was a few delays in the construction process Chris was more than happy for a return trip to site to finish the work, As an owner builder this was much appreciated.

I asked Chris to finish a few things off after I had been disappointed by another electrician. I was impressed that he arrived on time, the ease at which he completed my job, and his professional manner.

I urgently needed an Electrician to come out as we had lost power to half our house. I was recommended Chris from FirstGen Solutions. He came as soon as he could and diagnosed the problem straight away. Trying to get the job done as efficiently as possible to minimise cost, the work was completed in not only a timely manner but with a smart approach and extra care to ensure the problem would not occur again.
