Vitalign was founded in 2011 to give you the personalised care that I would give my family. I am very aware that the last thing you really want to hear about is all about my awards and accomplishments that probably mean more to me than you. I'm from Melbourne and am used to being treated by my own chiro there, and I'm always a little sceptical at first of new practitioners. But Mark is the real deal. I presented with a lower back issue that I'm very familiar with and he was all over it. The treatment was very non-invasive - as well as what I'm used to. Within a day, I was back on my feet. I was very impressed and grateful!! Highly recommended

Had neck and shoulder pain. Thought i had tissue damage or misalignment so booked an appointment with Dr Matt. He diagnosed some sort of imbalance. Recommended seeing him once a week indefinitely for manipulations and exercises. I saw no improvement. Neck and shoulder pain was worse and i was pretty worried.
Lucky i checked with my GP and got an MRI of my cervical spine. I had a slight tear in a disc with a slight bulge at C2/3 and nerve impingement.
Totally missed by Dr Matt; his program would have been ineffective and possibly

I first approached Matthew Schmerl at Vitalign 3 years ago with a significant tennis elbow injury. His treatment of that was very effective and it fully resolved in a few weeks. I've continued to use Vitalign regularly for the last 3 years for broader chiropractic needs. I have been coming to this chiropractic practice for four years now. Before this I had never gone to a chiropractor before. I have been to numerous chiropractors but have not had the genuine care & professionalism quite like Dr Matt. He is a master of his art and makes you feel comfortable. I had given up with seeking help for my scoliosis until I have been a patient of Dr Matt. He has given me a new lease of life both physically & mentally. Dr Matt's can do attitude, inspirational conversations and body alignment expertise has helped me fully recover from a injury that many other practitioners were doubtful of. Today with the understand of my goals he continues to add to my sports performance progression with wellness adjustments and helpful exercise advice.
