Could have not had a better experience than I had with my first visit! All staff were helpful, in good nature & made you feel at home. My dentist explained everything to me, very professional & considerate to my needs. The TV showing the fish helped me to relax while they worked on my teeth. I would highly recommend them. I will be a customer of theirs for life.

I had Dental Implant surgery July of 2020. Dr. Michael Rondinelli preformed the implant surgery in a timely manner with little to no discomfort. There was great care and follow up after the surgery and throughout the recovery, In the weeks that followed during the process of making the dentures the staff and everyone involved were well trained professionals. I'm a person who has anxiety when it comes to dental work, but they sedate you here if you need it, and they charge directly to your insurance.
Dr. Neves is my favourite dentist here. Always communicating and letting me know what he was doing: whether he was numbing the area, switching to a different tool, he talked to me throughout his process and he works extremely fast. I could not have felt more understood and calm. Katarina was assisting and she placed the suction tool so properly, not once did I feel water gathering at the back of my mouth. Both

It's not like it use to be at the dentist these days. What I can say is you can feel safe, the attention to Covid 19 protocol is second to none. . From the time you enter until the time you leave you know your being well looked after. I would certainly recommend that people maintain good dental health through these times of the pandemic and take comfort in knowing there are safe places for you to have dental treatments, Lambton Family Dental is definitely one of those places.

My first appointment was with them today, I was able to get in with them quickly and early due to a cancellation. They were extremely nice and informative. I learned a lot of what to do and what not to do after getting a tooth fixed that I had know idea as no other dentist had informed me.
They were very caring and polite overall it was a good experience given the circumstances ( I had cracked a tooth).
I look forward to bring the rest of my family to their services.
