Misleading place with hidden fees.
I was about book the room on booking but I had question and I ringed place ,where they told me to book with them directly.
I booked property on phone for double room with rate of 89 per night and 100 security deposit .
I arrived midnight and checked out in 10 am.
I was shocked hour's later that charged 20 from my security deposit.
I rang the property to be told that there was third bed in room which I didn't request was look used and that's why the charged Xtra fees.
When I informed them I never requested third bed or was told about this condition on phone

We booked the disabled room. Dad couldn't get in the room in his wheelchair on his own.
Bathroom was really good, not a lot of room for a wheelchair in main room. In a wheelchair, dad couldn't reach kettle, toaster, cups or coffees. Room was out the back of the park, beds are springy and no plates, knifes or forks.

I didn't stay. I want to warn anyone booking this motel to be sure of the terms and conditions. I booked directly via phone and was not advised that my booking was non-refundable. The email confirmation also failed to mention it. For agreeing to pay $99 not $89 I could have had a booking that could be cancelled (short notice accepted). I was not advised of this when I booked and lost $89 5 weeks out from my intended stay.

Staff are super helpful and friendly. Was a great stay, will be back again.
Our room was pretty good, although the pillows in the cupboard had blood stains on them..... The people in the room next to us thought there funky moans couldn't be heard 🤣 take it they had a brilliant stay.
RSL close walking distance and beautiful food.
