We dealt with Samantha Semmens who really made the process of our sale very smooth. We were reliant on Samantha for so much information and assistance and she was polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and facilitated our sale with little fuss, honesty and integrity. Considering we lived 4 and a half hours away and didn't know the area very much at all, it was reassurring to have someone local and trustworthy working for us. Samantha was all over it. We can highly recommend the Pacific Palms team and would love to do business again but really do think we have found our forever home.

Our holiday rental was cancelled less than a week prior to our stay - whilst it was claimed there was water damage to the property, there was no apology - just an email stating the booking was cancelled in a rude and careless manner - there was no assistance to rebook - when we requested to book for the following year their approach was rude , unprofessional and far from helpful..

I had a similar experience to Keith McAuley (below). This agency was unclear on rates and availability of their property - they advertised the property for $4,000 for four nights and then when I tried to book, I was told the property was just under $12,000 for a minimum 7 night stay. Felt very exploitative and overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I would never stay at a place managed by this agency because they do not appear to be trustworthy.

Rented the Idyllic Sugar Creek Orchard property with this Real Estate but unfortunately not having hot water for 2 days and no water at all for half a day made our stay way far from relaxing.
Given the remoteness of the property there was very poor phone signal so we were dependant on WiFi which didn't work. Sauna & one air conditioning didn't work either.
PPRE you should check the properties before offering to the market.
Overall SO disappointed wouldn't recommend it at ALL. It should be removed from the market until all these issues are solved.

We booked accommodation through Pacific Palms Real Estate and stayed at The Arthouse, Blueys Beach. We had friends staying around the corner at Blueys Beach House, so moved between the 2 houses, both beautifully appointed, luxurious homes.
The staff at Pacific Palms were friendly, helpful and provided lots of great tips about the area, which has so much to offer. The beaches are pristine and the water crystal clear. Spotting whales from Sugarloaf Lighthouse and watching dolphins catching waves from the beach were certainly highlights.

Went to book a holiday house advertised as minimum 2 night stay at $220 per night plus booking fee, which we booked for 2 nights. Invoice sent through was over $1500. When i contacted agent they said you have to pay a minimum of 7 days (nowhere mentioned on website) but you are welcome to stay less. What a crock. Ive booked holiday houses every year multiple times never been through such an unhelpful agent with such a dishonest booking system. Forget it, dont waste your time.
